Delivered to the United States Army Air Force as and retired to MASDC on 28 December 1957. Sold as N105Z on 2 October 1961, to N10592, then CC-CDH with Alfa Chile. Crashed in a mountainous area at La Yareta Pass, Chile on 3 February 1967, injuring all four crew members, carrying 5 tonnes of meat
