United States Air Force - General Dynamics F-16D Block 42H Fighting Falcon 89-2175 (msn 1C-338, base code LF'), of the 63rd Fighter Squadron, 56th Fighter Wing, at Luke air Force Base on 14 December 1996. (Crashed when it ran out of fuel over White Tank Range near Luke AFB on 26 April 1999:- The LH main u/c collapsed on landing, but the aircraft got back into the air. With no fuel left for another approach, the crew headed to White Tank and ejected.)
