Formerly of the 444th Fighter interceptor Squadron, United States Air Force, based at Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina; 0351 was transferred to 416 Squadron CAF as 101029 in 1970/71, and crashed after a wake encounter caused controller pitch up at low altitude on 15 September 1983. Both crew ejected safely
