North-American TB-25N Mitchell N1042B
North-American TB-25N Mitchell N1042B (msn , ex A), circa 1965. Built as a North American B-25J-25/27-NC for the United States Army Air Force and converted to TB-25N. Disposed of as N1042B and converted for use as a camera ship by Tallmantz Aviation in the US and later by Aces High Ltd in England. Used for Battle of Britain in 1968 as well as Catch 22, among many other films. By 1997 it was back in USA (still as N1042B) with World Jet Inc. of Fort Lauderdale, FL
