Piper PA-23-160 Apache G-ASDH (msn 23-2045), of the College of Air Training, at Hamble Airfield. On 10 January 1967, G-ASDH, a Piper PA-23 Apache of the College of Air Training at Hamble, crashed into the grounds of the Royal Victoria Hospital, Netley, near Southampton, Hampshire, after it suffered an engine failure during asymmetric training. It struck some trees and crashed into a football field before hitting a wall
