United States Air Force - Convair F-102A-25-CO Delta Dagger 53-1817, of Air Proving Ground Command. This photo shows the original short fin fitted to the proto Types and first 66 production aircraft. This was soon replaced by a taller fin during scheduled servicings and modification programmes 1956: Air Proving Ground Command. USAF 37th FIS. July 1962: Withdrawn from use at Kelly AFB, TX. Currently preserved at the History and Traditions Museum at Lackland AFB, TX
