Westland S.55 series 1 G-AOHE

Westland S.55 series 1 G-AOHE (msn WA.126) of Bristow Helicopters, on floats. First registered in 1956, AOHE was registered to the South Georgia Co. Ltd. for shipboard whale-spotting operations, operated by Christian Salvesen. Bristows acquired the helicopter in 1961 and it was later converted to Series 3, powered by a Bristol Siddeley Gnome H1000 Mk.501 turbo-shaft engine, but was destroyed on 18 June 1969
