Enthronement of Archbishop Lang
A crowd scene at the enthronement of the new Archbishop of Canterbury, Cosmo Gordon Lang (1864-1945). He was the first bachelor to hold the appointment in 150 years, which may explain why several policemen had to be conscripted in to hold back the well dressed ladies in cloche hats
