A small scale model of Central Square, Hampstead Garden Suburb. Central Square was laid out by Sir Edwin Lutyens, and includes St Jude's Church, The Free Church and a Quaker Meeting House. Hampstead Garden Suburb was founded in 1907 by Henrietta Barnett. Originally intended to cater for all classes and income groups, high property prices mean that the current population is almost entirely upper middle class
