The garter banner of Queen Mary, made at the Royal School of Art Needlework (now the Royal School of Needlework) in South Kensington, London. These banners are made when a new monarch comes to the throne, and are a centuries-old institution. This one was due to be hung up in St George's Chapel, Windsor.~~(2 of 2)
