Scene at the Royal Agricultural Show in Norwich. In the bath chair is Sir Walter Gilbey (1831-1914), known as the Grand Old Man of Agriculture, with his daughter Mrs Hine at his side. Gilbey was an English wine merchant, philanthropist, and breeder of shire horses. He was President of the Royal Agricultural Society from 1895 to 1896
