Royal visit to Henley Regatta by State Barge
King George V, Queen Mary and Princess Mary attending the Henley Regatta in the Royal Barge. The barge was built in 1689 by William III for his Consort, Queen Mary, and survives to this day in the collection of the National Maritime Museum. The bells of Henley Church, whose tower can be seen in the background, were rung as the royal party passed by
