British Railways Class 4 4-6-0 No. 75075 in steam for the last time at Nine Elms Loco Yard with Nine Elms New Shed behind. Chalked on the smoke box door is the message Farewell to steam - gone but not forgot and on the step up from the buffer beam to the running plate the message 1967 is a bad year for steam. Photograph taken on 9th July 1967, the last day of steam on the Southern Region.~~
