Combing hair by Rudolf Alexander Agricola 1912 - 1990 German sculptor. He studied in the 1930s with Gerhard Marcks in Halle and at the Stdel with Prof. Richard Scheibe. His work was influenced by Kolbe and Maillol. Head of a young girl, published in Die Kunst im deutschen Reich (Art in the German Reich) was first published in January 1937 by Gauleiter Adolf Wagnerand later issued under the direction Adolf Hitler himself
