Laur Larsen, Norwegian-American theologian. In 1857 he went to America and diaper priest in Wisconsin, 1859-61 professor of theology at the German presteskolen Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Larsen was the 1861-1902 chair of the Norwegian Luther College 1868-89 and 1902-12 editor av Evangelical Lutheran Church Bulletin. In the years 1876-93 he was viseformann in the Norwegian Synod
