Ren Bishi Became General Secretary of the Youth

On January 26th to 30th, The Chinese Socialist Youth League held its Third National Congress, it changed its name to the Chinese Communist Youth League, and decided to establish a broader organization of the league across the country. At this conference, Ren Bishi was elected as a member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth League and the director of the Organization Department of the Central Bureau. In May of the same year, Zhang Tailei, general secretary of the Youth League Central Committee, was transferred, and Ren Bishi became the acting General Secretary. Ren was later officially appointed as the General Secretary of the Youth League Central Committee
