Ren Bishi Organized Cadres in Farms

In July, Ren Bishi presided over the Hunan-Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and passed a resolution on the urgent task of crushing the fifth encirclement and suppression campaign. The provincial party committee and the military region under Ren Bishi also decided to take advantage of the opportunity between the fourth and fifth encirclement and suppression campaigns by the enemy to quickly organize cadres to go deep into the countryside to mobilize mass production, consolidate the base areas in the Soviet area, mobilize the main force of the masses, the Red Army and local armed forces, and reorganize Hunan and Jiangxi. The Red Army should step up military training so that the revolutionary struggle in the Hunan-Jiangxi border areas can be brought into play
