Anthony Joshua Shaffer (1926-2001), English barrister, advertising executive, novelist, playwright and screenwriter, identical twin brother of the writer and dramatist Peter Shaffer. Best known for writing the screenplay of the films Sleuth (1972, also a successful stage play) and The Wicker Man (1973)
