Elevation of the courtyard in the house of Alexandre le Ragois de Bretonvilliers, 1621-1676. A wealthy Catholic priest, he built Hotel de Bretonvilliers on the tip of Ile Notre-Dame (now Ile Saint-Louis). Demolished in 1874.
