Marguerite of Lorraine, sister of Queen consort Louise of France, sister-in-law to Henry III of France, wife of Anne Duke of Joyeuse, 1581. She wears a three-pronged cap, lace ruff, dress with jeweled corset, embroidered slashed sleeves and skirts with vertugadin or farthingale. The wedding dress from the painting Le Bal des noces du duc de Joyeuse.
