Sir Felim O'Neill of Kinard, Irish Catholic politician and solider, 1604-1653. Launched the Irish rebellion in Ulster in 1641 against the Protestant forces. Sir Phillom O'Neale, chief traitor of all Ireland. In collar, cape, doublet, breeches with sash. From a very singular print.
