Tomb of Abbot Ingon, Abbey of Saint-Germain-des-Pres, Paris (died 1025). The corpse was buried in ecclesiastical robes: a dark-violet taffety chasuble edged in gold, silk mitre, crozier, violet stockings with gold-embroidered polygonal shapes. 13th century sculpture.
