Tower Bridge, River Thames, London
A raised Tower Bridge seen from the southern side of the river towards the Tower of London. The bridge is a combined bascule and suspension bridge, built between 1886 and 1894. The engineer for the project was Sir John Wolfe Barry with Sir Horace Jones as the architect
