Fields of Battle - Champagne
Champagne Ferme de Navarin. This is a monument, inspired by General Gouraud, OC French 4th Army, to honour the allied soldiers who fought in the Champagne region. These included American, Czech, French, Polish and Russian troops. The Memorial contains an ossuary with the remains of over 10, 000 soldiers, mostly unknown, and the state atop the monument was created by Real del Sarte
