Molleville Farm
Molleville Farm was a key position in the German defences on the Hieghts of Meuse on the right wing of the American attack at Meuse-Argonne. This was attacked on Oct 8 by the 29/Div who finally took the woods around the farm on the 16th at a cost of 3, 936 casualties. This photograph is taken from the German poisition to the north of the farm and the doughboys attacked up the hill towards the camera
