Peridinea, an illustration of dinoflagellates from Kunstformen der Natur (Art Forms in Nature), a book of prints by Ernst Haeckel of various organisms, many of which were first described by Haeckel himself. They were transformed from sketch to print by lithographer Adolf Giltsch.
