Dr. George Rieveschl (born 1916) building a molecular model of histamine. Rieveschl, who worked at the University of Cincinnati for many years, developed Benadryl, an antihistamine used for allergy sufferers, which was approved in 1946 and marketed by Parke Davis and Company, now owned by Pfizer
