Bihari is recognizable by its emphasis on the sub linear elements of the Arabic letter forms, thickened at their centers and chiseled like swords at their ends The passage from the Sura of Repentance (Al-Tawba) concerns the Prophet's bedouin allies who are not to be excused for failing to join one of his campaigns. Circa 1399
