Cheerful Boers on Spion Kop pushing Redcoats downhill
The caricature soldiers are apparently singing and the words are at the bottom of the card - but we have not managed to translate them! Spion Kop was a battle in the Boer War over 23-24 January 1900 in which the British suffered heavy casualties
