Balloon ascent Preston Guild 1902
Launching of a hot air balloon in Moor Park as part of the Preston Guild events of 1902. The parks in Preston became a public green space used for the celebrations of the town including Preston Guild. Some spectators including a woman in the typical fashions of the day can be seen watchin the balloon which appears to be very close to if not restign on the ground
