This is a double postcard card consisting of two normal cards joined together, rather in the manner of a reply-paid postcard. It was issued to commemorate The Historic Negotiations, 29 September 1938 in Munich, and has been franked via a philatelic bureau with the date 9 November 1938, the 15th anniversary of the Munich putsch. Chamberlain was not known for his smile but the Germans seem to have caught him in a good humour
