Mussolini had developed his technique of mass persuasion through pomp and ceremony well before Hitler, and the Fuhrer learned much from Il Duce. This card celebrates the 4th National Rally of the Army Engineers held on the 23-25 May 1936 in Florence but the event of the year was the Olympic Games in Berlin
