Lord Roberts (B-BS) encourages Army Reform
Roberts recognises the need for Army Reform towards end of the Second Boer War and encourages the British troops towards it. Far-ranging reforms of the British Army were later made from 1906 to 1912, and named after the Secretary of State for War, Richard Burdon Haldane
