Memorials to Captains Skrine and Bowlby
These two private memorials are in a small fenced-off area and are maintained by the Belgian Army. Henry Langton Skrine was killed on the night of 25 September 1915 and Geoffrey Vaux Salvin Bowlby on 13 May 1915. Both men are listed on the Menin Gate. Bowlbys brother is buried in Bedford House CWGC Cemetery
