NAZI workers marching with flags at the September rally

The annual party rally at Nuremberg continued to develop as the central ceremonial event of the year. In 1937 the theme name chosen for it was Party Day of Work'. Although no new postage stamps were issued, a set of eight postal stationery cards, contained in a special envelope, was on sale. A percentage of the income from the cards (they cost 25 Rpf each) went to the Culture Fund'. ). Almost 40, 000 uniformed men carrying their shovels performed their own ceremonial parade on 9 September
