The reference is to Hitler as he annexed yet another territory. On 12 July 1939 was the first broadcast of the radio show, ITMA, whose name is made up from the initial letters of the catch phrase It's That Man Again'. Written by Ted Kavanagh, produced by Francis Worsley, with a catchy signature tune by Michael North, it starred the comic genius, Tommy Handley.
