Granville Stanley Hall
Granville Stanley Hall, pioneering American psychologist and educator, specialising in childhood development and evolutionary theory. He was the first president of the American Psychological Association and founded the American Journal of Psychology. He invited Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung to visit Clark University (of which he was President) and deliver lectures in 1909. ~~
