Theodor Gomperz

Theodor Gomperz, Austrian philosopher and classical scholar. He became professor of classical philology at the University of Vienna in 1873, and in 1882 he was elected a member of the Academy of Science. He wrote many books, and supervised a translation of John Stuart Mill's complete works
