Felix Minette Bicyclette
An original antique promotional bicycle poster for the retailer Felix Minette, 16 Rue Descombes, Paris. The caption (Je t'ai prevenu Pourquoi n'as-tu pas fait comme moi en prenant de preference une bicyclette Minette?) has the lady cyclist asking her male companion why he had objected to her choosing a Minette bicycle, with the obvious inference that his own choice was far from perfect! The poster is mounted on old linen and appears to have been varnished
