A musical procession led by George Hanger, with Fox, Lord North and Edmund Burke at the back, walks towards the gateway of St. James's Palace. The Prince of Wales carries on his shoulders a decollete Mrs Fitzherbert, who directs him onwards. The Prince is represented as the tool of Mrs Fitzherbert with the Opposition as abettors of their marriage
