Black and white photograph of a specimen Dordogne Cave Floor from the William James Lewis Abbot collection at the Wellcome Trust. The samples, which were taken in 1863 from the prehistoric grottos at Les Eyzies, Dordogne, show the intermixed jaws and teeth of various animals. Lantern slide
