Topaz crystal from Aberdeenshire, by James Sowerby (1757-1822). Print of a topaz crystal from Aberdeenshire which was in the possession of the Edinburgh mineralogist Thomas Allan (1777-1833) of, Edinburgh. The print has a later annotation stating that the specimen is now in the British Museum'. Hand coloured etching
