Each entry provides space for names, dates, religious affiliation and family information, while an accompanying explanatory text outlines the procedures for researching and documenting family lineage through church registers and official records. The form incorporates overt National Socialist symbolism, including a Reichsnahrstand eagle-and-swastika emblem and a printed quotation attributed to Adolf Hitler stating that no boy or girl should leave school without understanding the necessity and nature of racial purity (Blutreinheit). The document reflects the growing importance attached to genealogical research and ancestry verification during the early years of the Third Reich, when proof of family background increasingly became part of administrative, educational and social life.
