Features a dramatic cover photograph of a heavy artillery position on the Westwall (Siegfried Line) under the caption 'Wacht am Westwall!'. Interior articles discuss blackout regulations, air-raid protection, industrial mobilisation and civil-defence measures. Published in Berlin shortly before the German offensive against France and the Low Countries in May 1940
